As for Perfect Machine King, I believe that this card can pwn if given the incentives. With Covering Fire in, it makes this deck cold, since I can take advantage of his effect on other non machine cards featured. Other than that, when I limiter, Those extra attack points come into play, and they can hurt

I added a second PMK to experiment with the pwnage... Hopefully it will be better.
I decided on TT given the need for en masse removal.. Hope it gets better. I really will have to work on getting them to work in sync

I notably removed Fusilier and added back one DDWL. I just didn't like its feel. I also removed one support platforms ( two is a bad topdeck). I replaced it wih EC ( Ijust missed pwning the field)

I just thought an Extra Sg can work... Blade Knight.. Well u Just never know

Take out Smashing Ground for a Nobleman. Replace Blade Knight with Fiber Jar. Consider replacing PMK with Jinzo. 8.5/10.

The Goal of This thing is to say a machine deck can be good w/o a jinzo in it... but thats ok

You can't have a machine deck without Cannon Soldier!!! Try to work a few of those in with some more scapegoats. Then try some more Cannon Support.

I really am not a fan of Torrential Tribute anymore. With it being docked, it makes it a lot harder to get off. Cylinder, well, the Jury is still out on that one.
Mechanical Chaser was hard enough getting, let alone two. Three, is almost impossible to acquire.
Jinzo... This is one Macine Deck where he will not be a mainstay but a benched man.

IMO, Mirror Wall is not the best card for the deck. You're going to want DESTRUCTION. An open field w/ a machine deck means doom to an opponent. While Mirror Wall may do this to an extent, it won't do it very reliably. If you have an open field, then mirror wall does nothing but take the sting out. I think that Sakuretsu or Bottomless would be better suited to your needs.

I agree with whoever said to take out Blade Knight. He's a good card, but not made for this deck. A cannon soldier would be appropriate.

Another scapegoat wouldn't hurt you a bit, either.

Mind you, Saks aren't chainable. I really like to bait them in. A bait and switch approach. In the long haul, I can stave off a rounf of assualt should I get be hind the 8 ball.
