Toons are getting very powerful, but the only suggestion is to run two Scapegoats. You can still tribute them for a toon Blue-Eyes because it's counted as a special summon. If you want some better healing power, use three Poison of the Old Man(from MFC) instead of the Numinous Healers, they rely too much on having more in the graveyard, and you need battle damage done to you as well You can gain 1200 life points or burn for 800 if you need a finisher, and it's quick-play.
Put in another Magic Reflector, a ratio of three to one Reflector isnt going to protect your toons from a Heavy Storm. Apart from those things, keep the toons alive and kicking.

Adding in the Scapegoats allow you to Special Summon your toons, go to the UDE Rulings and check out toon monsters and ScapeGoat and you'll find out why using this card will help you immensely.
Also, your not paying lifepoints every turn, so the gain from the Life Machines wont be worth it when your gaining 1200 life points in one turn. Plus you have the advantage of burning as well. I'm just making my suggestions and giving my constructive critisism.

If you get a second BETD, replace Manga Ryu with it, since they are both two tribute no matter how you play it, and one happens to have 800 extra attack.

When DL6 comes out (either go to Duelist League, or buy the card online) it's Toon Gemini Elf, which is the first of the four C Class Toons. She would help you alot more than your other 1900 beatsticks. The following C Class Toons are rumored to be out soon:

Toon Cannon Soldier
Toon Goblin Attack Force
Toon Masked Sorcerer

Scapegoats and Stray Lambs are a must. I would also replace Numinous Healers with Draining Shields.

Also keep Divine Wrath in! I cannot stress how DANGEROUS Mobius and Breaker will be to your deck!

Cost Down is definitly a good choice, since it does work with the new A Class text. Other than that, Solemn Wishes wouldn't hurt.
