Snatch Steal Errated????

Lol, I was searching around ebay and I found a new DB1 Snatch Steal. The effect read: "Take control of a monster on your opponent's side of the field that is equipped with this card. Increase your opponent's Life Points by 1000 points during each of his/her Standby Phases."

Then I went to the UDE errata page and found that it did change. Lol, I've always thought you can only use it on face-up monsters, but it doesn't say this here. Was this errata made a long time ago? Am I late on finding this out? Am I the only one? Lol, I hope I'm not...@_@

They didn't think they had to explain the face-up part, since Snatch Steal is an equip it can only be played on face-up monsters...

Equip Cards can only be equipped to F/U monsters..Unless otherwise..

Lol....XDXDXDXDXD....I didn't get enough sleep last night...NO ONE ELSE POST!!!! I don't want to be embarassed more XDXDXD!!!! How could I forget that equips can only be used on f/u mons...*sigh*...
