Levia is only as a backup plan I really don't like him but hey I can't discriminate against good cards even if they don't feel right to use. Pretty much my deck is meant to slid under Gravity Bind and LLAB. Please R/F it. Thank you again.

Thats A Great Deck And The Theme Gos Really Well. Onlly Thing I Could Say Would Be Side Board A Lgendary Fisher Men Onlly Because He Works Well If U Use Goat Even When U Have Limter B Cause Hes A God With 1850 Untill Legendary Ocean Comes Out And Becomes Even Better In This Deck.
So Give It A 9.5/10

Well all the cards in here look pretty good but the ratios and the deck count are both a little bit messy.

The Sea-Serpent Warriors are just plain old vanillas who offer little to you I suggest dropping them all together to lower your count.

Dark Factory of Mass production should stick to exodia decks i think it should leave.

You don't need Waboku will all the stall in here already.

So now you are at 40 cards. Now for some Fixes Cylinder is much worse than ring in here. You opponent may not be doing a lot of attacking so I suggest rings monster removal over the opponent only burn.

Well for now thats all. Hooray for water decks it reminds me of the old days!

Morbius I used to run Fisherman but I found him more of a reliablity than an asset considering his downside effect but thanks for the suggestion. Mage King yea I know with all the stalling cards Magic Cylinder should leave but current I do not have acces to a Ring so once I get one I'll switch them out. Waboku is in there cause it will help protect my monsters and life if they have a mass S/T removal like Heavy Storm or if they are running Traditional Harpies so I have it in there for its chainability and thanks for such the high ratings. Also once I get ahold of some Abyss Soldiers(think thats the right name) I will switch them out for the Sea Serpents. Thanks again and I will rate yours in a second yall.

Shoot, while your at it, why not add Umi or Legendary Ocean along with Tornado Wall since you have alot of water monsters?

Ummmmm hate to say it but ALO is in there because it is a water deck and Tornado wall is overrated doesnt relies on another card to stay on the field and only protects from monster damage. Would rather use spirit Barrier. Also I'm not going to add any Umi for 2 reasons:
1. Weakens some and doesn't power up others.
2. It would be Illegal in this deck since there are 3 ALO.

Spirit Reaper I do not mean to be rude or flame you but if I add another Bottomless then my deck would be illegal. I have 2 Bottomless's in the side deck so I can add and subtract at will, but thank you for the suggestion.

Exodia exactly how do 10 tributes work even in a water deck only half become 4 stars with ALO out and you only have 2 of them and now ways to recycle them or search for them I really think you put the best water cards together so it looks like a deck.

Some more R/F's please they really help out.

Take out all your tribs for 2 mobius the frost monarch,level limit area-b,and gravity bind.
Also take out magic cylinder for ring of destruction.
Take out 3 sea serpent warrior of darkness for a snatch steal,sinister serpent,and creature swap.

Ok since more than one person hasn't payed anymind to my side deck I'm going to say this will you all please read the entire post before you say anything most of the cards that ppl have suggested are in my side deck. I mean no disrespect to anyone but please just read it all before you post.

I know those cards that I suggested are in your side deck,but I don't think of that as making your deck illegal,just takle them out of your side deck and switch the decked cards to your side deck.
