I made a silly bet. I Have never pulled a Dark Paladin from a MFC pack. I bet a friend that if I pulled one from the 4 packs I bought from target, that I'd run it at regionals this weekend.... darn I have bad luck.... or do I?

I'm not very experienced with Paladin decks... but to me it seems that a Dedication Through Light and Darkness could prove extremely useful... dunno maybe it would turn out to be dead weight, but I would try it.
Thanks, but i didn't put any buster aspects in the deck. DMoC is there for magic revival, power, and removal.
Anyone else?
Actually, he's right, the Buster Blader speeds things up considerably, and you don't really need any Buster aspects to get it to run faster. Here is the example:
Right now, you have these options for getting Dark Paladin out:
2 Dark Magician
2 King of the Swamp
There is only ONE way to get Dark Paladin out: you HAVE to get 1 Dark Magician and 1 King to get it to work. There's no other way.
By taking out DMoC and putting in BB, this is what happens:
2 Dark Magician
1 Buster Blader
2 King of the Swamp
Just by substituting ONE card, you triple the number of ways to get Dark Paladin out from one to three:
1) Dark Magician + King of the Swamp (you've still got 2 of each, so nothing changes here)
2) Dark Magician + Buster Blader
3) Buster Blader + King of the Swamp
And since you've got 2 of each of DM and KotS, you actually have a decent amount more options than even shows. Before you dismiss it right off the bat, at least playtest it. I'm sure you'll be pleasantly surprised.
As far as the rest of the deck, one trap card that worked insane wonders in my Dark Paladin deck was Interdimensional Matter Transporter - it saved my big gun more times than I can count, and I always seemed to hit it at the perfect time.
Also, it seems you've decided not to go the Night Assailant route? Did you decide not to, or just forget about them? They can also help you get back your Fiber Jar, Cyber Jar as well as just being spell negation fuel, not to mention they're decent monster removal.

just a thought. since you use a lot of discarding in this deck (which is ok thanx to night assailant), u might wanna consider throwing in a forced requisition.
Forced Requisition
Permanent Trap
Card Text:
You can activate this card when you discard from your hand. Every time you discard from your hand, your opponent must also discard the same number of cards from his/her hand.
Mirage is not much good by itself. Either take out Trunade for Emergency Provisions, or take out Mirage and Trunade for Card Destruction and...um...can't think of another card at the moment, heh. Well, unless you can think of somethin else, replace Trunade with EP. Other than that, the deck looks nice. You can also consider playtesting Tribute Doll to summon the big mons faster. 8.5/10.
