r u sure u can use ced on spirit reaper because i tried that once and the dude said i couldnt target it or it would be destroyed and i didnt feel like arguing that it didnt matter if it was destroyed because it was returning to my hand anyway

so what i really need to know is can u target spirit reaper with ced and still have it go to your hand

If you target Spirit Reaper with CED, it will be destroyed.

However, what I meant was that you can use CED to return monsters to your opponent's hand, so that you can better your chances of Spirit Reaper getting that direct attack/discard. Wandering Mummy is merely an annoyance; Spirit Reaper is annoyance with attitude.

i just have the wandering mummies in there because they can be summoned by giant rat or pyramid turtle but i guess it doesnt really matter since i will probably only summon lily, exiled force, and turtles with the rats and ill only summon ryu kokki & vampire lord with the turtles

If you can get one I would highly recommend Morphing Jar. Maybe some nimlbles to help combo with the Rat as well.

Lose a Book Of Life and replace it with an Enemy Controller/Book of Moon/Scapegoat.

Traps seem fine, but maybe sub out a CED for Bottomless Trap Hole/ Sakuretsu Armor.

just a question. if CEDevice destroys reaper. would book of moon destroy him too ? i heard from someone that the ruling on book of moon is that it won't destroy reaper but flip him face down.

it seems to me like it would destroy it since it targets it then turns it facedown
but im not sure

Book of Moon does NOT destroy reaper, and based on that, I would say that CEDevice does NOT destory it either. Reaper still has to be face UP on the FIELD at after the resolution of the card that is targetting it. Meaning if reaper gets cylindered, the attacker would take 300 and lose the reaper.

Book of moon and CEDevice both destroy Spirit Reaper because they are only targeting him.
