Hello, I am a Yugioh TCG player. I had some OCG cards laying around so I said "what the heck". I decided to make a combination of English and Japanese cards. Don't even bother using Buster Blader...

I suggest 3 Dark Magician, a Vampire Lord, and a Jinzo to help with traps...
2 Night Assassin should be fine since Black Paladin is a fusion, you won't be discarding much.
Two of the crazy fusion substitute that you can discard from your hand to search for a Fusion card should be good.

1 Black Magic Attack is fine. You might want to get 1 more Dimension Magic. I don't know how Dark Magician decks play, but if you make it and your hand runs out fast, use A Hero Emerges...

You might want to use that trap that is like a Call of the Haunted for Normal Monsters... remember to play it at the end of your opponent's turn...

Tribute Doll is way too slow... you're better off using Monster Gate... or Reasoning if you travel a lot...

nice. the monsters do fit a Yugi based deck. some of the magic and traps don't fit the theme, but are great tech cards. Check out my Paladin deck in my link in my signature. it's built around him. Tell what you think. it might give you a few ideas.

7/10 Take out all of the Dark Magician only cards. Try some Skilled Dark Magician and Breaker which he used in the show. Please chack out my deck link on the sig.
