Ok, here is my Time Seal deck. The idea that this deck is based around it to uses the Mask of Darkness, Tsukuyomi combo to keep bring back and playing my time seals keeping them locked from drawing. At the same time as that use cards such as Don Zaloog, Confiscation and Forceful Sentry to destory my oppoments hand.

I think Drop Off would most likely be a better choice then Time Seal. Sure Time Seal is like Yata in some senses, but Drop off prevents them from using the cards just like Time Seal, just slowly thinning their deck.
I, have found it best to keep 3 time seals in the deck, because I don't have Cat of Ill omen in there to search out time seal to my hand. So, I will be keeping the time seals in... Another reason, is most people who have R/Fed this on Pojo.com said, take a drop off out when i was running 3 inside the deck.
I agree with you mit, the time seals are part of the deck goal.
2 mystic swordsman 3- 2 spirit reaper
Adds to defence, and hand destruction effects.
Also, r/f my agent deck in my sig?
I, like the hand destruction effect that spirit repear brings along with it, but I also like the control effect that my Level 2, have when I combin them with Tsukoyomi. Is, I have one out on the field, I can play Tsukoyomi flip there monster face down and then destory it... with Mystic Swords... and they have worked well for a little bit of field control in play testing.
