i really want to start using magical hats in most of my decks because its potential is amazing
i already run compulsory evac. device so what other cards should i run to help out magical hats
Or, you could use some trap cards that have effects when they are destroyed. Cards such as Statue of the Wicked (a little risky, I know) or my favorite, Dark Coffin (when it is face down and destroyed, you opponent must either destroy a monster on the field or send a card from their hand to the graveyard.
I like to use this card in my Exodia deck. It not only protects me for a turn, but it also thins out my deck of magic/trap cards when I've already thinned out most of my monster cards.
Lol best i can think of is .....
Card of safe return and Painful Choice, then CEDevice into your hand and win next turn ( assuming you are running Manticore Exodia, or have the neccesary cards to get the cards, or pieces, you throw away in the grave)
Not really, just play The Dark Door, and shift, problem solved
You don't even need Dark Door; just Shift the first attack to the Penguin Soldier.
However, that requires 3 specific cards (Magical Hats, Penguin Soldier, and Shift), in order to give you 2 cards (which can't be monsters). WAY too inconsistent. Especially since two of those 3 cards aren't very good if you don't manage to pull off the combo.
