If two Cyber Jars were flipped at the same time, the following would happen:
Cyber Jar A would start a chain with its link being first.
Cyber Jar B would "chain" to Cyber Jar A's effect (SEGOC) Provided neither player chains...
Cyber Jar B would resolve. All monsters on the field would be destroyed, both players would pick up 5 cards, Special Summon the applicable monsters, and add the rest of the cards to their hands.
Cyber Jar A would resolve. All monsters that were just Special Summoned to the field by the effect of Cyber Jar B would be destroyed. Both players would then pick up 5 cards and Special Summon all applicable monsters from the newly picked up cards. Finally each player would add the remaining cards to their respecive hands.
Also, questions like this are best placed in the Rules of Dueling form due to this being a "how does this work" question, which is where these sort of questions get answered faster and more correctly. :)
If I remember correctly, in situations like that the Turn Player decides which resolves first, although in this case I hardly think it would make much difference lol

This is incorrect. The turn player would only decide if he/she controlled the Cyber Jars. If the opponent controlled both jars then the opponent would decide the resolve order.
