First off, you're trying to do to much. I count a grand total of seven Tribute monsters in there, that's more than even I could juggle at once!
When playing Dragons, it's important to just pick a big Dragon you like best and stick with it. Try to squeeze to much in there and you'll end up being slaughtered before you even get one of your bigger monsters on the field. You say you want Blue-Eyes in there, so here's a suggestion for a Blue-Eyes deck:

That's pure Blue-Eyes Dragon all the way. If you're playing Traditional (which you obviously are with Witch and Sangan and such), then you'll probably find less use for Dragon's Bead or Lord Of D., so Divine Wrath might be the better choice.
