Suppose player A has a spell card, say Level Limit Area-B, and then player A plays Magic Reflector so they can place a token on Level Limit Area-B. Then, player B normal summons(by tribute) Mobius the Frost Monarch. Can Mobius destroy Player A's token and the Level Limit Area-B for his two Spell/Trap destructions?

No, the player must select TWO magic or trap cards, meaning two SEPARATE magic or trap cards. Just because one is protected from being destroyed with Magic Reflector used on it, doesn't mean there are 2 copies of it in one zone. The opponent CAN select it as a target, but then he has to select a different m/t card. The other one will be destroyed and the "token" placed on Level Limit will be destroyed instead of Level Limit itself.
