Dude...if its NOT a DRAGON deck, why is it a BEWD deck? BEWD is a DRAGON! Anyway, I beleive this deck needs much help. I am not good with dragons but, here ya go.

I would say do this:

-Blue Eyes White Dragon
-Kaiser Seahorse
-Berserk Gorilla
-Mataza the Zapper x2 (don't really have any equip cards to abuse him with)
-Book of moon (side deck it)
-Dust Tornado (side deck it)

+Fiber Jar
you alread have alot of monsters this should give you 18
+Reload
+Cost Down
+Enemy Controller
+Scapegoat x2
+Ceasefire

That's about all I can think of to make this deck even more devastating. I suggested ceasefire instead of Dust Tornado sind you will only be running like 2 flip effect monsters or so, which means it will be more devastating for your opponent, considering you won't have to hold back to activate it. Hope this helps.

hey if yur makin a BEWD deck then u need 3 cuz once BEUD comes out(if ever) yur gonna need 3
neways to get out 3 the best way is 3 kaibamans
shining angels arent really that neccessary in a 40 card deck(at least not in my experience)

Kaibaman's effect is the exact same as Red-Eyes B. Chick's... except it works for Blue-Eyes instaid.
