Well, I may be biased, but it sounds like a good idea to me :)

if you put your deck up in the depot and provide a link here, we might be able to suggest some help (if you wanted it) however, I understand that right now, many Regional go'ers are reluctant to give away their whole plan before going.

The reason I mention it, though, is I would stay away from Mystic Plasma Zone. Light and Dark tends to prevail, so using a field cards that increases the attack of opposing Dark monsters wont be to your benefit.

I'd have to agree with squid on that one. Fiends are strong enough without Plasma Zone, only use it if Mefist is at the core of your deck.

wweeeelll, I think that if mesfit were at the center of my own deck, I would still go with Axe of Despair, Flamberge, Rush Recklessly, or something, rather than the field card.

nah, no Axe, don't like it. People anticipate it to much when they see Mefist. In my old Mefist deck I ran 2 Rush Recklessly, 2 Metalmorph and 3 Mirror Walls and 3 Flamberge, along with Aswan Apparition for some recycling.
Would've ran Plasma Zone, but the deck was based around nasty 'surprises' :devious:
