Is his a Strategy Question?
Or a Card Discussion Question?
Or is it possibly a Ruling Question?
I think playing A-Forces is a good Strategy in general with Warrior based decks and it certainly works to offset Zombryas diminishing attack.
In terms of Zombrya from a Card Discussion standpoint, I think he is great with few detriments. I believe he should be played more than he is as he supports both warriors and chaos while being able to walk in the current batch of 2000 based attackers.
After Zombrya attacked and killed something the first time his attack power would be reduced by 200 to 1900 as you stated. Once The A-Forces is activated he will be boosted back to 2100. If and when he attacks again his attack strength will be reduced by 200 to 1900, and if A-forces were to be removed from the field his attack strength would be reduced further by 200. Basically, think of A-Forces as doing the boost after Zombrya's effect takes place.
 if i attack with zombyra it goes 2 1900 but if i play a forces it goes 2 2100 if i attack againwont it stay at 2100
HELP IM DUELEN AGAINST MY BRO RIGHT NA
Zombyra will STILL decrease accordingly whenever it destroys an opponent's monster in battle. So if you use The A. Forces (assuming ONLY Zombyra is on the field) then it will go back up to 2100 and then decrease to 1900 again and then 1700 and so on and then you TAKE AWAY the extra 200 boost it's already getting when The A. Forces gets destroyed, so if Zombyra is down to 1300 with The A. Forces in play and then The A. Forces gets destroyed, Zombyra will drop to a lower 1100 ATK because The A. Forces is no longer giving it a boost.
