i've playtested the deck & it works pretty good, but i know it can be better, please help, if you ask ill try to get around to rating yours, thanx for the help!
Add another terraforming, put in a magic reflector or two, minus a shiny ball, replace ring of destruction with magic cylinder, minus cestus, get rid of hammer shot, cause you got your jar, right l8r
i think i might take out the shine ball, but the main purpose of them isn't to swarm, its for mudora, soul & purity, & freed to use their effects & ROD is a staple, cylinder isn't, im betting most people won't agree with you on that one
Really, the main focus of an Agent Deck is for using Saturn and Mar's effects, which require life point gain. There is no reason or benefit for the Shine Balls or Venus to be in here. Try this build.

Dark Knight69, this isn't helping Fiend_Megacyber's deck this is just giving him a new one. I feel offended when people do that to me. You should be giving him suggestions for his and explaining how they work, not just giving him a whole different structure.

I collected the Agents and I was going to put them in a deck with Archlord Zerrato but I never got around to finishing it. I still have Zerrato but I traded some of my agents. I'm not sure how the deck runs, but I would suggest dropping 4 cards to get you to 40. I don't remember what all of your monsters do so I don't want to just say drop this and this, but I think that is where you are heavy. I would say don't use more than two of each agent, so you could take out one Mars. Are two scapegoats necessary? I would thin out your spells too.
Good point and that's what I'd normally do; however, everything that I posted is what I would've recommended to change. Rather than typing minus this and minus that and making this whole confusing list I thought I just post a successful Agent deck that I did.
I definitely think that using more than two of any one Agent is no good, Mars especially. Venus is pretty much useless, unless you side-deck him in case of a stall deck where Venus shines. Plus, Venus and the Shineballs reduce your Life Point advantage, for Minimal Value, which is a critical piece of a Agent deck. Lastly, this deck has minimal removal and will be in trouble if it loses field advantage. Life Point gain is important but monster removal is always greater than LP gain, hence the reason for the Sakuretsu Armor. Let Zolga, Hysteric Fairy, and just base attacking take care of gaining the majority of your LP advantage. Hysteric Fairy's effect, Mag. Cylinder, and Drain Shield are just supporting cards. Plus you can play Fiber, summon, and attack for a clear LP shot.
ok darknight- the main goal of my fairy deck is a little different then you seem to think, it actually revolves around the card you didn't like; venus, it gets monsters to tribute, it gets lights in the graveyard very fast which is the main reason, for soul & purity, mudora, & even freed, my deck may be different, but its more original, which is how it will surprise my opponent more then a random cookie cutter fairy
+ Saturn, Any agent deck wants 2
- Mars, 3 is overdoing it as you can often get him out w/o sanctuary when he's useless. also adding in a 2nd terraforming is just taking up space now, so i suggest this path.
+ Mudora, best beatdown out there in the fairy decks, 3 is great
-1 Scapegoat
- the new bans, being Change of Heart + Painful Choice
+ Graceful Charity
+ another Cestus of Dagla... best equip i know. they accumulate.... give mudora at 1500 +2 cestus's and a direct attack.. thats a net 5000 gain
both the one terraforming and soul of purity and light are iffy, because terraforming takes up space while the fairies can hold their own without it.
soul of purity and light takes the nice light monsters away from mudora feed, and in a fairy deck 2000 attack isnt too dearly needed. in combination with the 2 freeds (who i like better) you're removing too much of your monsters from mudora.
i wonder if i made it clear enough that i like mudora....
yes, that was sarcasm
i think this also helped your balance a bit. draining shield x3 might be overdoing it buts it's a good card used for lp difference. the other difference card is cylinders, and since it actually does damage (getting you closer to victory) id take one draining shield out for a cylinders
