look, i know im going to get flamed, thats why i put up 'just help me' as a title. guys, i had 2 judges go against me on a ruling the other night on "call of the haunted"...if a monster was brought back onto the field via call, and then tributed for a tribute summon, would the call stay? yes or no, and why,...now i said to the judge that it stays, however, if it stayed (but it didnt), i wouldve won. also, whats up with our realms, is it just me, or is everyone getting 'server is busy' line and have to wait for ages for the site to download,

if someone was going to flame me about the search, save it.(cos ive tried and its taken ages) :angry:

please help, looking for judges, as well as realms users.

Call of the Haunted WILL stay since the monster must be destroyed in order for Call of the Haunted to be destroyed. If it's sent back to your hand, sent to the graveyard, sent back to the deck, tributed for anything or anything that does not have to do with destroying, then Call of the Haunted will remain as a dead m/t card in your m/t zone.

Also, the server is busy because I believe the Realms staff is still working out other bugs in the system and have to keep checking over things to straighten them out.

Removed from play (D.D. lady, dark core... but not including d.d. crazy beast like cards)
Bounced to your hand or deck
Tributed for a tribute summon
tributed for an effect
Metamorphed
fliped face down

those are the stipulations that CotH and cards of that manner are not destroyed and will remain indefinatly
