Vampire Lord will become semi-restricted starting April 1st, by that time you would be able to use Mirror Force.

I guess it’s just me, but I prefer removal over negation. I would also do this fix.

+ Bottomless Trap Hole/Sakuretsu Armor

BTH can remove from play many monsters used in today’s competitive decks, like Gorilla, BLS, Breaker, Tribe, etc. They may still get priority, but at least they are out of the field. If you add Sakuretsu Armor then you will be able to destroy monsters already on the field, but they can be revived (Vampire Lord) or removed (for BLS). Either cards are good choices. Other fixes,

Sinister Serpent > Double Coston

- 2 Giant Rat
+ Sangan
+ Spirit Reaper

- The ‘Despair from the Dark/Patrician of Darkness’ choice
+ Kycoo the Ghost Destroyer

I don’t know, 5 tributes just doesn’t seem right to me.

- Creature Swap
+ Swords of Revealing Light

Other than that great deck dude, not bad at all. 9.4/10 for this deck. Congrats Iamexodia. Could you r/f my deck in my signature, thanks.
