When last we tuned in, dear viewer, Koitsu had made yet another astonishing paper airplane flight. First, fleeing the confines of a limited Union deck and onto the critically acclaimed pages of “Corrosion” where Dr. sQuid brought out the notoriety of its level with Ka-2 Des Scissors. Next, Koitsu made the startling transformation into one of the biggest monsters yet to have graced the shores of America:
Master of Oz.
This week, however, the arrogant little blue twerp stepped on the wrong toes. from out of the lost forests of the Outback came the originator, Big Koala, to claim its birthright.
**end narrative**
my Attention Deficit mind immediately jumped over to how I could widen my range of options for getting Master of Oz to the field. With the release of FET, actual Fusion Summoning has become a reality again for many duelists. Its still not easy, but worth the effort to make your Fusion monsters eligible for recursion by cards like Call of the Haunted.
How can a Master of Oz deck be complete without the zany antics of adding a 2700 2 Tribute Beast into the deck? I realize that using this ridiculous card isnt an effective means for accomplishing my goal, but I HAD to use it. Dont you understand?? :surprised It wasnt by choice. I had to, "they" made me! ...
..make them stop.....please?

This deck, after several tests, is not working as well as I would like. Its very difficult to play with so few monster, especially when 1/3 are 2 Tribute, 1/3 are flip monsters, and 1/3 are specific to one purpose: fusion summoning.
In order to help overcome some of the problems with maintaining a field, certain speed cards, like Monster Gate and Reasoning, were added. Soul Resurrection and Centrifugal Force provides a lot more opportunity to special summon Big Koala from the Grave than would normally be seen in this kind of deck. With that 2700 atk behemoth running around, Pole Position is a pain to handle. Feather of the Phoenix helps to maintain a balance.
I do know that one of my biggest weaknesses here is trying to use Reasoning and Monster Gate, knowing that there are 2 Summoner of Illusions. Dont ask me why, but I really like SoI. I dont know a lot of people that use it, and its become one of those signature wild cards for me, from decks like this to Archfiends. That and Morphing Jar #2
What this deck really has going for it is Scapegoat abuse. Use it to stall outright, Meta it for TER, tribute it for Summoner of Illusions, even a desperation Enemy Controller. My biggest weakness is when I cant draw into Scapegoat early.
This is the one deck out of the 4 from this series that I feel is in most dire need of advice, as it has lost more often than the others. However, this is really more of a stepping stone onto the next deck.
As an added bonus question, before you offer your own advice to this deck: What are your predictions for Part 3 of the Master of Disaster?
So this is the infamous Part 2 huh? Not bad but looks like it needs my suggestions *cracks knuckles* ow!
Pretty much when it comes to Fusion decks centered around big monsters it's usually best to have two big hitters. Big Koala is a good example but sometimes only relying on one card with the rock fusion doesn't seem to work too well. But there's a problem to that, beisdes Master of Oz there's really no strong Earth fusion that one part of it is a normal beatstick. The onyl earth monster that is even close to a threat is Last Warrior so I say throw in Mayouktai or Zombyra the Dark. Centrifugal Field is more of a wasted card in my opinion. The hard part is making fixes to this deck cuz there really isn't much you can tamper with it without making it worse. IMO combine the deck with another LV 7 normal that can fusion and add the dark rock fusion for it's benefit and use the two *cough* B. Skull Dragon *cough*.
And how many times do I keep noticing this and you don't change it: POLE POSITION IS NOT A SPELL CARD! IT'S A TRAP CARD! Sorry had to vent ^_^
I still like my idea of Part 1 better so far. But it's still a neat deck either way. Can't wait for Part 3. ^_^
Yeah, I like part I better myself. This one has simply been a pain. Oh well, its not the first crappy deck Ive ever built, lol. ^__< Everything in here has been a dead draw at times, with the exception of Pot of Greed

Ah, see! now you are starting to read ahead. Hold your horses, things are progressing. Though its nice to see that your brain was working on the same plan of development that mine was.
all right lets skip this poor example and move on forward. I need to finish some adjustments to Part III, and then Ill post it.
Oh, and Pole Position? Umm?........its a Spell, I swear!
..just takes a little green paint o_0
oops. Guess spell check and grammar cant catch everything.
You know for the Land of Giants, that's a pretty good one. However, if you care to slide on over to Part III, I think you might find loads of verminous rats and other beasts, that will tickle your fancy.
