I have no real qualms with this deck, except the Statue of the Wicked. As a card i's not too good, but in this deck it is implausible.

I would reccomend putting in a Ring of Destruction instead.

Apart from that, seeing as I'm not good with dragons, it's good.

Okay, first off you have 20 monsters which is a little bit too many take some out for other things you could use. In your monters you have way to many tributes. Your tributes are Hours Lv6, 8, Tyrant and Jinzo. Mirage Drgon seems like it would die easily. 3 Spears and 3 lusters is over kill so take one out. So here are my suggestions for your monsters

-Tyrant
-Jinzo
-Mirage
-1 Spear or Luster

Your magics are okay but you should take out Lighten the load, it really isn't worth playing and it could be the worse topdeck. But the rest of your magics are okay

Your traps could use some work now I know originality is one thing but using a card that hardly ever works and is worse than other cards that are really good is not a good idea. So take out Statue of the Wicked.

You should add in

+Sinister Serpent
+Element Dragon
+Swords of Reavling Light
+Delinquent Duo or Smashing Ground
+Scapegoats or Smashing Ground
+Heavy Storm

But your deck is a good deck to run as long as you know how to run it. You should make a side deck of Masked Dragons / Winds. So you can have a Wind Dragon deck. So you can mix it up somtimes. Good luck on your deck though hopefully you will take some of my suggestions

One more thing, you don't have to take Tyrant out. If it is one of your favorites you should keep it in. A favorite card always helps sometimes :)

why does everyone insist on putting a sinister serpent in? it's a good card but way over used

I'm going to have to disagree with crazy eyes on the mirage dragon. My brother runs two in his dragon deck, and they are a pain in my side. Stamping is one thing, but mirage really makes me mad sometimes. I say add another one, in place of Jinzo. Here's why:

it'll drop your tributes by one
two mirage can be quite reliable
the only traps the would really hurt you are Torrential Tribute(stamping destruction will fix this), Ring of Destruction (King Dragun negates this) and Call of the Haunted(stamping this one too)
Plus, now your traps are safe to use.
