Hmm. Your first deck here? Looks very disorganized / unfocused, so Ill give deck buildign tips instead of how to fix this.

Advise:
Watch a few more tournaments and note cards used there. Ask for decklists (nice kids would give it to you) and research the cards in it. Check online for card listings and familiarize yourself with newer cards. Next, think of a plan / design / what you want to do. Search for cards that can help you do that faster and make a list. You can start making a deck from there.

Yes this is my first deck. I dont completely understand what you said I still am very new. First off how is my deck disorganized? I jsut dont get that.

Relinquished should go.. I fyou want a Spell Caster declk.. IMO

White Magician Pikeru x2- I don’t know what the hell this is doing here so just get some giant orcs instead
Pixie Knight- magician of faith
Royal Magical Library-magician of faith
Dark Magician of Chaos-this is a good card
Chaos Sorcerer
Dark Magician- Vampire Lord
Dark Magician Girl- one of the various 2400 attack monsters such as Mobius the Frost Monarch
Old Vindictive Magician x2- Night Assailants

Kazejin- no.. just no… get a cyber jar
Gravekepper's Guard- get golem sentry
Injection Fairy Lily-yes yes yes! A great card master your tactics with this card
Chaos Command Magician- it’s ok for you
Magical Marionette- no you have too many tributes get something like mirage dragon here
Aqua Madoor- again defense is overated get Pitch Black Warwolf
Time Wizard- One of the most underated cards in the game keep that
Neo The Magic Swordsman- this sucks get another beatstick that’s 1900
The Unhappy Girl- no…. get another spirit reaper

Spells
Black Illusion Ritual- well obviously this is gone get gracefull charity
Swords of Revealing Light- great card
Soul Exchange- with all the tributes gone this is useless, bet smashing ground or hammer shot
Ekibyo Drakmord- this is ok, get swords of concealing light instead
Spell Absorption- no… how bout another swords of concealing light
Diffusion Wave-Motion- how about book of moon
Pot of Greed- great card
Dedication Through Light and Darkness- O.o why do you have this? Get another book of moon
Riryoku- this cards ok, try to get a better card though

Traps
Spirit Barrier- unless you have astral barrier this is usless, get waboku
Negate Attack- this is good
Trap Hole- instead get bottomless trap hole
Call of the Haunted- great card
Waboku
Ominous Fortunetelling- get yourself a threatening roar
Magic Cylinder- great card
Also go around the forum and look at peoples decks and consitant cards you keep seeing, get thing like premature burial or Tribe Infecting Virus.

I want to have a spellcaster deck, that is why I dont have monsters that are another type in my deck. For example you said Vampire Lord instead of DM.
