Yea I think that the banned list is great and maybe the ever popular BLS winners will be weakened but knowing the yugioh TCG as well as i do i think he will be still great.

Now that i'm done with that......BLS winners? Are you sure you don't mean "whiners"? *snickers* Seriously, BLS is overrated >.> Especially if you consider that sooner or later, they're going to have to catch up on the Japanese with his ruling about calling the effect before you attack....

In all honesty, I think it's pretty clear on the card that's what you're supposed to do, but...some people are just stubborn >.>

I'm a huge fan of this ban list. it banned the elusive scientist and I'm sure that BLS will have his day eventually. it also brought back the classic card mirror force, as well as united we stand, a powerful equip card. I have no complaints about this list.

I don't use it lol but I did get one from DB1 that I traded for alot of stuff. also, I run re than enough s/t negation in my deck to not be worried about it

I think that Delinquent Duo is not as bad as Forceful and Confiscation, Both of them let your opponent see which card is chosen. For Delinquent your oppoent Randomly Chooses and then you choose. Its still a pretty good card in retrospect.

BLS isnt as bad as he was before. What I saw last weekend at the SJC, was a lot of people with BLS stuck in their hands because they couldnt remove the monsters because they didnt have the dark or the Light in there, and more times than not I saw BLS discarded thru Delinquent, Don Zaloog, reaper or such.
