‘Black Flame Dragon Horus’ and ‘Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys’—now there’s two cards I never thought I’d ever use, especially in combination. Oh well—we all surprise ourselves sometimes. I took the Phoenix Burn deck and twisted it to my own devices, so a lot of it’s just test.

One of the most noticeable oddities is that I’m not using ‘Ultimate Baseball Kid’ in my Main Deck. It just didn’t fit the monster theme, and I wanted to take a departure from the normal Burn anyway. Instead, I’m using ‘Gaia Soul the Combustible Collective’ in combination with ‘Swords of Concealing Light’. Had ‘Gaia Soul’ been a Level 3 monster, I most certainly would’ve used ‘Level Limit Area-B’ instead of ‘Swords of Concealing Light’ but unfortunately that didn’t work out.

Yes, I am using ‘Raging Flame Sprite’ without a ‘Gravity Bind’, ‘Level Limit Area-B’, or ‘Messenger of Peace’ in the Deck. Leave me alone. It can get a fair ATK value in the first turn anyway, so it’s not too much a consequence. ‘Little Chimera’ is also another of my oddities. A lot of you must be thinking I’m on something right now, but I assure you that I have never smoked or shot anything in my life. I’m just weird. Get over it.

‘A Feather of the Phoenix’ just made this deck feel right. I had to use it (even though there’s nothing particularly appealing to use as discard). ‘Molten Destruction’ makes up for the lack of an ‘Ultimate Baseball Kid’ or attack stall tech cards. The Side Deck speaks for itself. I’m done. Get on with your rating and your fixing and your bickering.
