If you have to ask that question then you need to change your name.

What you do is you clear the field of your opponent
you do this with rageki ideally, then you summon
Yata Garisu and atack him directly, also you should use
cards that diminish hands (Spirit Reaper, and a nice move:
activate Forced Requisition and play card destruction)
you opponent will have no way to hide from
a slow, painful defeat

muahahahaha.

The old way was with Sangan or Witch on the field, Special Summon CED. Blow up the field and hand leaving no one with any cards. Then Sangan hits the graveyard and you seek through your deck for Yata. SUmmon it and it's game since they will never have a hand. Now I don't know. This was before my time and I've never played Yata.
