As most of you know from my rampant cheering every time the words The Lost Millenium, I'm very seriously looking forward to a card yet to be named in English, but is so far dubbed "Skull Servant King". My rampant salivating over the sheer idea is enough to dive me the lengths of making the deck a reality. We have to take a look at the aspects of the card before we can think about making the deck. Every possable exploit of the card can be take advantage of by simply taking a closer look at the mighty card.
TLM-JP032
Wight King
Dark/Undead/1/?/0
This card's original attack strength is equal to number of [Wight] and [Wight King] in your
Graveyard * 1000. When this card is destroy as a result of battle and sent to Graveyard, you
may remove a [Wight] or [Wight King] from your Graveyard from the game, and special summon
this card to the field.

WIth a variable attack, we wont be searching this out by sangan or mystic tomato. The best path for this little bugger would be either in a weeny deck, or a zombie deck. The zombie factor allows for pyramid turtle to get the Skull Servants to the GY as soon as possable, and THEN search for Weight King. At level one, we're seeing possability with Opti-Camoflauge Armour. Can you immagine a 5000 direct attacker? An aditional factor to look at when planing for your Weight King deck on the offencive is that being dark, you're looking at prime Strike Ninja fodder. Something to think about if strike ninja decks ever make a comeback.
Thinking defencively, you have to assume that your opponent will be playing Chaos (like you do...). With your opponent brandishing two kycoos and a DD Warrior Lady, and keeping the said cards in the graveyard might be a bit of a chalange (especialy with kycoo preventing the recursion effect). You'll definately have to protect your graveyard in orfer to keep the king up to snuff, but the ability to summon a 4000 attacker and watch BLS die at the hands of my favorite card.... this monster has been a long time coming for me.
I once again turn the mic to my audiance. What do you think will become of my beloved skull servant?
Agentmage, I too am excited about "Skull Servant King." I think since Painful Choice is banned, it will be a bit more difficult to get those Skull Servants to the GY to power up the King. Maybe Emissary of the Afterlife could be a good searcher for Skull Servants? They could easily be dumped to the GY by maindecking some Raigeki Breaks or something, then the Skull Servant Kings could be searched by Pyramid Turtle, as you mentioned. Opti-Camouglage Armor would be a great asset to this deck, I believe. What do you all think of Emissary of the Afterlife in the deck?
It somehow reminds me of Goblin King, where equipped with OCA, he can attack directly. It's intresting. The only thing I don't really like is having to remove a Wight or Wight King to special summon it to the field. Although having a 4000 ATK 1 star weenie on your side of the field sounds good, like all cards, there's always some drawback.
I have 13 Skull Servents.... I can't wait to make my skull servent own your puny BLS! A definite for a deck full of Skull Servents and Skull Servent Kings... is creature swap... buahahah they get your Skull Servent, you get their monster and when you attack the Skull Servent your SSK get's a boost! WEEEEEEEE!!!!!!

It looks like the remove Wight/Wight King is only to special summon it when it is destoyed in battle.
Not too shabby. Now we just need a Queen Dancing Elf counterpart.
I am also really looking foward to lost millenium, and i also really like this card, however i fear that unless alot of people think its really cool, then its wont be popular enough, and just be another card that "could" be good, but no one ever makes the deck.... but i really do hope more deck than just chaos will become w/ the new millenium..... Maybe it coudl be possible to have a wight/e-heros weenie rush deck O.o? hey its possible =D or possible combo wight w/ gravekeepers or something to protect your grave yard... either way i cant wait for preview tourny (watch me pull all normal rares from booster pack =D)
Actualy gremlin, that isnt a bad idea. The regular E-Heros are all normal monsters are they not? Sounds like a possability there.
Trouble in large numbers.... Konami you clever dogs.....
I definately think exodia has the perfect side deck. A deck already containing all the stall cards, and the three emesaries, you're set.
X3 Skull Servant
X3 Skull Servant King
X3 Pyramid Turtle
That would be the main part of the side deck, where you want to go with it is up to you. The spirit reapers would make me want to make the rest of the side deck like this:
X2 Vampire Lord
X3 Book of life
Heavy Storm
But, the stall portion already being in place, you might want to make the side deck like this:
X1 Raging Flame Sprite
X1 Opti Camoflauge Armour
X1 United we Stand
X1 Mage power
X1 Armed Samarui Ben Kai
X1 Iron Blacksmith Kotetsu
Your standard batman is better side deck (lots of equipment... and its my term I just made up :)).
ok im lost here,... what set is OCA in? i think that ssk would be an interesting addition to the zombie family. i know the ppl in my meta would over look this card ### if it were garbage, but wait till they see in in battle.... :devious:
I seriously almost pooped myself when I saw him coming (can I say poop on here?). Seriously, I'm already playtesting my Skull Servant King deck with three proxy cards.
Oh, and if you hate this card, I will trade you a common per SS King!!! :) Gotta make my collection as huge as possible!
As someone who started collecting skull sevants here in america around the early PSV days (when i realized outside of waboku, I had more if it than any other card), I hold each of my skull servants, antes, and spirit callers with pride. Skull servant king will push my "skull box" to a bigger size.

once again, an excellent article by you agentmage. after reading this, I think I need to head to the card shop and buy a few skull servants.
This is so sweet, I pre-orderd a pack of ten promo lost milenium boxes (3 packs per +1 promo) and I have a Zombie deck and a Stall Burn deck and 13 Skull Servents allready and 1 Ante.... SAY HELLO TO MY LITTLE STALL/ZOMBIE/SSK deck! WOOT! I'm going to make that bad boy tonight.

I believe Opti-Camouflage Armor came fromAncient Sanctuary. But anyway, a card I might add to this new deck would be miracle dig. With 3 skull servants getting removed from the deck in addition to DD Warrior Lady and DD Assailant, that's 5 easy cards to remove from play. With Miracle Dig's effect, you can recycle skull servants in the graveyard to keep using the King's recursion effect.
