no, you do not get the flip effect

you only get the FLIP effect when you flip the monster because it was attacked, when you flip summon it yourself or when it is flipped by another card effect (swords of reveiling light)

1. I don't think there is a card that destoys a monster and activates its flip effect at the same time. If there is I don't know about it.

2. You can flip the monster face up to activate its effect before you tribute it, but if you just tribute it without flipping it face up, its effect will not activate.

It will, but that doesn't count for your normal summon.
