Some stall would help a great deal, especially since you are giving up 2000 lifepoints. I'm pretty sure you could do without Magical Hats, Judgment of Anubis, and Spellbinding Circle. Try some Level Limit - Area B or Messenger of Peace, even Gravity Bind. You gotta protect what little lifepoints you have.
Taking out the Petens for more Tomaters would be advisable. Dude, where's Sangan? Those removal summon cards could be replaced with something else. I don't see enough Earth for Gigantes. Also, if you want those Pyramid Tutles, you could consider throwing in Vampire Lord or Ruy Kokki.
There's room for something better than Skull Lair.
Keep the focus on preventing your opponent's attacks while you let the clock tick down. Soul Exchange, Snatch Steal, stuff that prevents them from mounting an offensive. Vengeful Bog Sporit and Dark Door would work.
Make sure the complete focus isn't set on something too conditional. You gotta be able to roll with the punches, so to speak, and be able to keep the goal intact. Such is the way of the Alternate Win Condition. Other than that, I don't see this as a deck with no rhyme&reason... I've seen deck with much more random cards thrown in *shakes fist at McAster*
