I'm counting about 61 cards... way to many!
A deck that is kept between 40-45 will run smoother
YOu have sevral deck types rolled into one, a deck needs to be able to flow.
decided what stratagdey you want to focus on.

MOnster:
Decks in the current metagame seem the keep their monster down around 16-18


SPells
FInal coutdown works best in it own deck, not just throw in
Infinate cards only works in a few decks so get rid of it too

Traps
In a Jinzo heavy Meta game I;d becareful about running too many traps
