Just a thread for you to post your opinions on what cards from the Lost Millenium are worthy to put in a deck. I was wondering cuz I'm a little iffy on some. Just need some help I guess.
Here's mine:
Ancient Gear Golem:
Yeah, not being able to Special Summon him at all sucks, but he does have a nifty effect, capable of devasting your opponents life points. (Scapegoat anyone?) If they don't Torrential or Bottomless him upon summoning, then your basically set for crushing your opponents life points. Add Limiter Removal for extra fun.
Ancient Gear Beast:
Again no Special summoning sucks, but has a nice techy effect. When he attacks, you opponent can basically do nothing. Spell and Traps are negated, as well as monster effects. Plus, nice for Morphing. Deserves testing at least.
Winged Kuriboh:
Could be good in Chaos or fairy decks. Potentially gaming saving, searchable through Sangan, wills, and shining angel. Morphable too.
Monk Fighter/Master Monk/ Support:
I thing a deck built around these guys could be good. Monk Fighter with the Lone Wolf is like a super Spirit Reaper. Kaminote Blow is nice with the master, and Legendary Belt could deal a lot of damage.
Megarock Dragon:
A fantastic monster itself. Could grow to outstanding heights easily, and if your desperate, remove just one rock to morph him into Dragun or last warrior or joan. It's weakness is there aren't tons of good rock monsters out there, and litterally no beat stick for rocks that are Lv. 4 or less.
Brain Control:
Won't go over this. Pretty obvious.
King of Skull Servants:
Lv. 1, extremely searchable, zombie, which means good support, can easily become huge... I think it has the potential to have a good deck around it.
Battery Man AA:
A nifty combo-able monster. It's Battery charger is nice, allowing to get a couple out easily, searchable. Again potentially a good deck. Most likely a OTK deck with wills, reasoning, and angels. Oh and Chargers too.
Des Wombat:
Strong Lv. 3, a burn-raping effect. Definately should be in the sidedeck at least.
Well thats all I got for now, please leave feedback with your opinions about the cards.
Reshef The Dark Being
LIGHT/Fiend/8/2500/1500 This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card, "Final Ritual of the Ancients". Discard 1 Spell Card from your hand. Take control of 1 monster on your opponent's side of the field until the End Phase. You can only use this effect once per turn.
tsk, tsk, tsk....
......shame.....
Waldo10032 – The Fiendish Duelist says:
------------------------------------- "Everything I know, I learned from Novastar, VenomLord, Magicien_Noir, KrazyKillRoy, Pyrofire14, Nataku, Jeff_Mop, Tamahome and Tyloki. So praise me for learning so well when I'm right and blame THEM when I'm wrong. (More people will be added to this list as needed) "
I have not seen Doriado in play yet, but she may single handely increase the number of elemental decks running around.
Millenium Scorpion is a nice addition for insect decks. Now they can use Insect Imitation to bring him out for power, or grab a Nobleman Man Eater Bug to get out of a tight spot.
Ultimate Insect Lv7 is nice, and those standby phase level ups are pretty easy to do. Once again, another nice insect monster.
Hieracosphinx will allow some oddball strategy decks emerge that need to protect face down monsters. I for one am putting together a deck to use some of the re-flippers (I tried it months ago but it failed). This guy is giving me a chance to try those flippers again, with a better shot of making them work.
The Lost Guardian is pretty unique. I put together a rock deck within minutes of opening my Lost Millenium box, and got him boosted up to over 7000 def. He can be a great surprise for your opponent, and having him in the deck can psych your opponent out once your RFP pile starts to grow.
Everyone knocks Card of Sanctity for not being like the show version, which is understandable, but with the increased number of RFP decks, it still might see some play.
Mid Shield Gardna gives a nice defeding option for warriors, who sorely lack good defenders. He is not a great monster, but a good one, and an excellent first turn play with his Nobleman protection.
Survivor of another Dimension will also see play in some RFP decks, and if Dimensional Warrior ever comes out we might see some decks running all of those guys together. They are showing up on more and more cards, so maybe Konami has bigger plans for them.
Overall I love the set. I play with many different decks and strategies, so not having game breaking CCC cards does not affect me in the least. Brain Control was a card I probably wasn't even going to get had I not pulled it. The rest of the deck is breath of fresh air, in my opinion.

Can't wait to add Reshef to my beloved Dark Master Zorc/Fiend deck.
Hmm Reshef... cool card, and I can see it being good. My biggest thing with it is, is the effect worth it? Don't get me wrong, I'm not a ritual hater like many are, but in this case it's different. At the least, you getting rid of 2 cards, right? then, to use his effect, which is nice, you have to discard a spell card. If you could discard a sinster... it'd be better. It's a good card i think though. Perhaps when the Phoenix blade comes out in the new starter, you could make a wierd warrior/reshef variant to abuse his effect. For this who don't know...
Divine Phoenix Blade
Equip Spell
Effect: Raise a monster equipped with this card ATK by 500. If this card is in your graveyard during your standby phase, you may remove one warrior from your graveyard fromo play to place this card back in your hand. (Or something life that anyways.)
See the combo?
Anyway... Doriado could be cool... dunno. Have to test it out. Millenium scoprian is another cool card I forgot about. And DD Survivor is a good sidedeck card.
