well, thanks for the comments guys. i outed torrential for the book of moon because of the royal decree. it is testing very well so far, so, this set-up stays for now.

The monster line-up looks perfct. Bounder is defininetly a good card, and Merchant is a great bluff that, if it goes off, can fuel and be a free draw to resources.

I'm not sure on Books. You already have Vampires that will return from the card effects you're trying to stop. Your win condition in Vampire'll return. I would take 1 out. One can still combo with Magician of Faith and the new rulings.
I don't like Swap. I have a hard time making it work. I even built a fun deck that had 12 searchers, and Swap was sub par. I couldn't get real advantage out of it, and if I did it wasn't enough to make an impact on the field. I would take it out for a Brain Control. It's easily one of the great cards to be released in TLM. It steals win conditions, gets your a monster for Vampire, gets a monster for Meta, or just plain out Gets their monster out of the way for the win. A solid card in itself.

On the traps, with that slot that was open from taking out a Book I'd suggest a Torrential Tribute. Even if you're running Decree, I've found that 5 traps still run extremely smoothly. You may draw one from time to time, but you'll still have a lockdown with Decree active. Then, also, if they happen to wash away Decree you can still set the trap from your hand and have the advantage back again.
