Almost every card here can be found in a deck or structure deck., except those marked with *

Ring of Destruction comes in the IOC special editions boxes, Bottomless Trap Holes are normal rares, Orcs and Archfiend Soldiers come as commons in boosters.

The only hard to get cards would be Lightning Vortex, and maybe Smashing Grounds, since Lightning Vortex is a super rare, and Smashing Grounds are short print commons.
