Harpy Lady question

My friend runs a Harpie Lady deck and she wants to know if Aqua Chorus could work on Cyber Harpie Lady even though she has 2 Harpie Lady #1s on the field?

Yes you can. The name of Cyber Harpie Lady is treated at Harpie Lady as the text states. So in this case you can use Aqua Chorus on Cyber Harpie Lady.
