Can i only tribute 1 "Elemental Mistress Doriado" for the effect of "Fun-Rin-Ka-Zan" or "Elemental Burst" ?

If i have a "Luminous Spark" , "Harpie Lady # 1" and "Elemental Mistress Doriado" on the field, the ATK of "Elemental Mistress Doriado" is 2000 ?

She can be by herself for Fun-Rin-Ka-Zan, but not Elemental burst since it REQUIRES 4 tributes. And her attack would be 2000 with Harpy 1 and Luminous Spark on the field since her effect states "also."
