My question is if I have a magician of faith on the field then flip it can i use book of moon to put it back face down then flip it again useing the effect again during the same turn.

No you can't do it......... given your situation you've already performed a manual position change, you only get 1 per turn.

"Book of Moon" will flip "Magician of Faith" in Face-down defense position but you will not be able to re-flip "Magician of Faith" since "Magician of Faith" was already flipped.

sry but u cant flip magician of faith twice in the same turn manualy ud have to wiait till next turn to flip her again. unless u use a cards effect that flips the card face down then face up thats a nother story. hope this helps.
