AST-091 "7" reads:

"When there are 3 face-up "7" cards on your side of the field, draw 3 cards from your Deck. Then destroy all "7" cards. When this card is sent directly from the field to your Graveyard, increase your Life Points by 700 points."

The text on each "7" card reads draw 3 cards when there are 3 face-up "7" cards on the field. Because EACH "7" card states draw 3 cards, when all 3 are face-up on your side of the field, do you draw 9 cards? Thoughts and opinions are appreciated. Any official response would be most helpful.

No, you do not draw 9 cards.

When you destroy all 3 "7", you are using the effect of one "7". By the time you would want to use the effect of your other "7", they are all in the Graveyard as a result of activating the effect of the first "7".

So, you only get to draw 3 cards when using "7"'s effect. If you wish to draw more cards, you'll have to get 3 copies of "7" on the field again.

So if you have 3 face-up "7" and activate the effect of one, you'd bve able to chain "Emergency Provisions" to send all 3 "7"s to the graveyard, draw 3 cards, gain 3000LP from EP and 2100LP from the effect of the "7"s?

I don't think that would work as a cost of activating its effect and you would not be able to use EP on them.
