Can you use soul release to remove both cards from yours and your opponent's graveyard? For example I choose to remove vampire lord, Magician of black chaos, Dark magician all from my opponent graveyard and then two Blue-eyes from my grave. Thats legal correct?

Well, barring the fact that your counting needs work (Vampire Lord, Magician of Black Chaos, Dark Magician, 2x Blue-Eyes White Dragon, and Lord of D. makes 6 -- keep in mind that "Soul Release" only allows you to remove 5 cards at most), yes that's legal.

Sorry I don't know why I added in the Lord of d there...I don't know what I was thinking.. You see today has been an off day for me as far as yu-gi-oh goes.... But other then that I've been fine X_X anyway **cough**

As an added note, remember that you can remove LESS than 5 cards from play as well......
