He is what we call a Nomi Monster. He can only be Special Summoned by the Text on his card. This also means he cannot be reborned even if he was properly Summoned.

You definitly CAN'T do that because he is a Nomi monster, meaning he can ONLY be summoned by its card requirements (I forgot, you tribute 2 level 6 or lower spellcasters right?). Also, he can't be summoned from the graveyard. You would probably have to use monster reincarnation or something like that to bring it back to your hand and then abide by his summoning requirements again.
