Hello, my definition of priority has been a bit shaken from some rulings on the Judge List. A bit of clarification would be appreciated.

Suppose I summon Des Wombat on to the field. Priority passes to the opponent to negate the summon (he passes it, and I pass the chance to negate). I then receive priority - what actions may I perform?

After all continuous effects, that are active on the field, have been applied to the monster, you will be able to:

- Activate an ignition effect

- Activate a spell speed two effect or higher
