Lots of questions after last nights duel. Help please.
OK. I've gone to the dark side and am learning a semi cookie cutter deck and some questions need answered.
BLS removing is a targeting effect right? Meaning if King Dragun is on the field BLS can't choose Dragons.
TER is on the field and I play premature Burial on Magician of Faith. Then I summon Tsukuyomi and target Magician of Faith. Opponent says I can't since TER says monsters can't change their battle position. I'm 99.99% sure I can, but have to ask to be sure.
I have a set Torrential and opponent has a set m/t. I tribute summon Mobius. I use priority to target his face down. He chains Ring. Can I chain my face down Torrential? We came to the conclusion that I cannot as I would have to chain to his summon, but I chose to use priority. Is this correct?
Soul Exchange vs Spirit Reaper. Does Soul Exchange target? Meaning is spirit reaper destroyed immediately and they can't tribute summon it? Can they activate Soul Exchange if they don't have a way to tribute anything just to target Spirit Reaper if it would be destroyed.
Opponent played a vicious. Deck. Fusilier/Meta into King Dragun. King Dragun special summons Horus LV6. Attacks a sheep token and tributes LV6 for LV8 during his end phase. Now I can't target Dragons and can't use Spell cards. How do you stop that? I know there are some, but I didn't draw them.
Tribe, DDWL, Assailant could have helped, but no luck. I had BLS, but he does no good either if he targets.
One more. Horus LV6 Vs Swords of Revealing Light. I know I looked up the ruling before and he can attack with Swords on the Field, but I can't find it in FAQ. Is the ruling anywhere. It was his Horus, but he said it can't since Swords says "your opponent" not monsters, but I'm sure it still can due to a ruling. I found that out when I was playing my Horus 6 abuse deck with Level Limit and Ectoplasmer.
On Soul Exchange, does it target on activation or when you decide to tribute for something? Meaning if they have 2 monsters and you play Soul Exchange. Can they Ring one? Obviously they can, but does Soul Exchange Target on activation or when s summon occurs? This would decide if you can use it with no way to actually tribute as just a way to get rid of Spirit Reaper.
- Yes. BLS RFG effect is targeting.
- Yes. You could use Tsuku to turn the MoF facedown. I believe TER effect of not allowing battle position change is only applied to manual changes.
- Your opponent was correct. You cannot chain TT to the Ring. TT would have to be chained to the summon. I dont think there is a need to call priority with any of the Monarchs. Once they are normal summoned successfully, their effects go off. So, when you Mobius is summoned even if your opponent chains Ring you still choose two S/T to destroy. Anyone can correct me if I'm wrong.
- Yes. Soul Exchange is a targeting effect. So if Spirit Reaper was the traget of Soul Exchange, he would be immediately destroyed by his effect.
- To get out of that Dragun and Horus thing, you can use removal cards that do not target. Smashing Ground, Lightning Vortex, Mirror Force, Bottomless, TT, TIV
- Yes. You are correct. Horus LV6 can attack while SoRL is active. I dont have a specific place for the ruling but I run Silent Swordsman LV5 and from my understanding his effect is just like Horus LV6 and SS LV5 can attack normally with SoRL active. That's on the official Yu-Gi-Oh! site

Soul Exchange targets on activation. So you could use it as just a means of destroying Spirit Reaper.
One more. I thought Thousand Eyes errata was more similar to Relinquished in that you could attack and if their monster is bigger then it would destroy the equip card and not TER unless it attacked with no equip in which case it would die, but you did take battle damage instead of no damage like Relinquished. Is this wrong? The current errata doesn't say anything about this so I'm guessing I just had it wrong. I never tried it until yesterday so I'm learning.

Ok first of all, YOU CAN'T voluntarily destroy Relinquished equip, next Relinquished DOESN'T STATE anywhere that he takes no battle damage, it only states that when equipped both the controller and the opponent take the damage.......... but im not sure if I understand your quetion about the errata.......... mind clearing this up a bit.
I didn't notice the word "also" on relinquished which would mean that both players take the damage.
My question is this keeping it to just the question.
If TER is equipped with DDWL and attacks a Gravekeeper's Asailant which has 1500 and no Necrovalley on the field. Would TER die or would just the equip card die like relinquished?

Actually he may respond with TT. You never chain to a Summon you respond.
Now for TT to work the last thing must be a Successful Summon, that must be the last thing that resolved.
Last thing to Resolve:
Mobius is Successfully Summoned
Mobius' effect triggers and Player A Targets 2 S/T
Player B Chains Ring of Destruction to Mobius' effect or simply can respond to the summoning
Player A now Can Chain TT because the last thing to resolve was the Successful Summoning of Mobius.
Very Similar concept to Chaining Magic Cylinders to Mirror Force.
And a Small minder, Spirit would die, but only after Soul Exchange Resolves. Spirit Reaper does not self Destruct until the card targeting it resolves.
This is the latest version of TER's Text. The Feedback Damage is gone, but the other effect of having the Equiped monster take its place is still there.
Quote
Thousand-Eyes Restrict
Fusion Monster (Spellcaster / DARK / 1 Star / ATK 0 / DEF 0)
"Relinquished" + "Thousand-Eyes Idol"
As long as this card remains face-up on the field, other monsters cannot change their battle positions or attack. Select 1 monster on your opponent's side of the field and equip it to this card (this effect can only be used once per turn and you can only equip 1 monster at a time to this card). The ATK and DEF of this card become the same amounts as the monster equipped to this card. If this card is destroyed as a result of battle, the equipped monster is destroyedinstead.

Here is part of TER's text:

In your example DDWL would be destroyed instead of TER.
Duh!! Thanks. I didn't think to look at the erratta for it. Last Line is that. I thought I remembered it had that effect so I could have beat that pesky Gravekeeper's deck faster. Thanks to all for your help. I had it all right but the Torrential Mobius and wasn't sure exactly how that worked. I thought since I chose to activate his effect that the summon was complete, but I knew my opponent could chain Torrential, but he said I couldn't. Iffy one.
