I could not find the answers to the following questions:

1. If you have 2 TER face-up on your side of the field can they both attack or neither?


2. What if both players have a TER can both or Neither attack.


3. If you take an opponents face down monster with TER effect are you allowed to look at it.


4. Does Metamorphisis Target?

1. target what?? the fusion monster??

answer... no.

why... because your fusion deck is (supposed to be) face down, and you cannot target a card in a face down deck or fusion deck. note: that's why the staff tends to have players put their fusion deck face down, to reinforce this.

that's also why Magical Scientist doesn't target, too.

you choose the fusion monster at the resolution of Metamorphosis.

2. target what?? the tributed monster??

answer... no.

why... because it is a cost to play Metamorphosis. you tribute the monster in order to pay for activating the card. tributing does not target.
