ok, honestly i want to know what the point of this deck is, i dont see how this deck could win at all and i dont know ANYBODY that uses magical hats, so could u please describe how this decks works?

The point of this deck is to win with either the combo of Last Turn with either Jowgen or non aggression area. Or you can win by using reversal quiz by placing a mech dog marron or Ring of destruction on top of deck using a cat of ill omen, a feather of the pheonix or back to square one. after your LP are low.
Inspection and Wall of revealing light let you pay lifepoints to get them low enough to win the game.
Serpentine princess combos with either monster recovery or back to square one so that you can summon Jowgen.
Magical Hats lets you draw any trap or magic card when used with a feather of the Pheonix or you can get that magic card back with MoF
