Drop BLS beacuse to fully ultilize the Monarchs effects you would have to skip your battle phase and BLS is a stright foward Beat Stick. In one turn you could only Summon 1 Monarch and get its effect and summon BLS. So you could only get a 1 to 2 monsters, 2 m/t, or 1 cards from your oppoents hand to be discarded, removed from the game, or destroyed and you still couldn't attack >_<! BLS would only be a liabilty because of the new M/T and new M/T comming off of the ban would destroy BLS on the first shot.

Part of this is true, and part of this isnt.

the part that isnt true would be anything said about the ban list, since no one actually knows what exactly will be on the ban list.

The true part can either be true or false.... but my opinions on dropping BLS, are EITHER make a chaos deck and use BLS or make a SOUL CONTROL/MONARCH deck and use that to its fullest potential, but dont try and do both it wont work as well and fully utiilizing one or the other... so i really cant fix the deck untill youv decided which you want to make, however the version of soul control i like the best runs, 2-3 thestalos and don's for good hand control... but there are many types of monarch control that can be used effectivly. You can use metamorphosis in a monarch deck, but i dont suggest trying to go all tsukiyomi/monarch/chaos/ter/everything else your can think of in one deck... just concentrat on one maybe 2 things.

Let me know what you want to do with your deck... but as a final thought if you make it monarch based, try adding in a lava golem, it combos so well with monarchs in order to control the field/hand its amazing.
