Armed Dragon lv 3 was good if you were dueling straight from the structure, but after a while, you find no room for it. Take them out. Also, pretty much a standard dragon deck has Fusilier+Metamorphosis to summon King Dragun. I'd also make room for one of these two dragons: Tyrant Dragon or Kaiser Glider (prefered). Kaiser pretty mcuh kills anything, unless the opponent is running End of Anubis, Summoned Skull, Skull Archfiend of Lightning, or a supped-up monster. And with King Dragun, it can be summoned easily. And take out Element Dragons since the extra effect isn't too reliable.
I'll try to get you a King Dragun, cuz he's like...a staple in dragon decks now. No need to pay me back. Just remember you'll owe me YOUR SOUL!!!! Muah ha ha ha ha..... ahem! LOL!!!!
First things, first, this LOOKS like an Armed Dragon without the support it needs, so here's what we'll do:
We'll turn this back to it's basic and most effective form, the Dragon Beatdown deck. It consist of HIGH ATK Dragons and trampling over goats for some fun, fun fun!
+ 3 Spear Dragons (I think I have a few)
+ 3 Luster Dragons (1900ATK)
This gives you 3 WIND Monsters. 1 with Trample and the other with some very nice and decent stats.
- 2 Mirage Dragon
- 1 D.D. Warrior Lady
+ 3 Troop Dragon
While some of the reason is to use deck thinning and shield you from attacks, these Little guys will actually come in handy with a trap we'll add to your deck.
- 1 Magician of Faith
+ 1 Mask of Darkness
We're going to add some traps to your deck and getting back even ONE, will be lethal to your opponent.
But Oh don't worry. I have a present for you that will send your deck SPIRALING to the top of the food chain....
- 2 Level Up!!
+ 1 Stamping Destruction
Dragon decks have S/T removal down to a science and you shouldn't be afraid to try to take advantage of it.
- 2 Bottomless Trap Hole
+ 3 Spiritual Wind Art - Miyabi

Spiritual Wind Art - Miyabi
Normal Trap Tribute 1 WIND monster on your side of the field. Select 1 card on your opponent's side of the field, and return it to the bottom of the owner's Deck.
This card will make your deck something to be feared. Putting a card to the BOTTOM of the deck is brutal and since your deck will be composed of mostly WIND monsters, this card will be your trump card. Nothing like getting your Spear Dragon trampled by Airknight, huh? Or your Opponent's BLS is about to remove your only monster? Take a deep breath and blow him away! Breakers and D.D.s and Airknights and Spells and Traps and ANYTHING else really.
The best part about this card is this: When a card is sent to the TOP of the deck, your opponent knows where it is. They'll draw it next turn. When a card is sent to the Graveyard, your opponent knows where it is. They can still use it. When a card is sent to the RFP pile, your opponent knows where it is. And if they are ready, can still bring it back.
But in the bottom of the deck? That card is lost. It will remain in the bottom of the deck and will most likely end up being shuffled soon. Doing this to monsters that can't be searched for is lethal at the right moment. Or using it to protect a Spear dragon will leave your opponent with no choice other than to defend against the Spear.
- 1 Monster Reincarnation
+ 2 Dragon's Rage
This card is just great! Great effect and a quick a easy way to end your opponent quickly.

GO Rescue Kitty!!! Claw their eyes out!!! 53 One Turn Kills (Including First Turn Kills)
19 First Turn Kills
65 Sheep Tokens trampled for over 3000 Damage each
10 Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning removed from play
1 Black Luster Soldier (Ritual) removed from play
11 Jinzos Removed from play
heh, not every day the Fiendish One steps in to r/f Dragon decks... don't think this means I'm gonna start doing the Fiend ones though! xD

2 Dragon’s Rage
This is the deck after Waldo's fixes. I'm seeing an interesting opportunity here: how about a deck with not 1, not 2, but 0 Tributes!
Let's see:
- Jinzo: Just too stapelish, and no place in a Dragon deck of all things.
- 2 Element Dragon: I have a cunning plan...
+ 2 Spirit Ryu: Enter The Dragon, for real! THIS is your powerhouse, so abuse it!
hmm... is it just me, or am I counting 21 Monsters? Waaaay too many for any Dragon deck... hmm, minus the Element Dragon leaves us on 20, so what to drop...
-1 Masked Dragon
-1 Twin-Headed Behemoth
Problem solved. Without Tributes, the Behemoths not so great, and this leaves the monster count at a sexy, slim, 18 ^^
The Spells and Traps come to 21, leaving us 1 card short of the desired 40, however fear not, for I once more have a cunning plan!
-1 Dragon's Rage: 1 is tech, 2 is a clutter, 3 is you being stupid
+2 Super Rejuvenation: Spirit Ryu, meet drawing engine!
(bowing to the superior Dragon Deck-making skills of Dragon-Reborn)
Oh, Scaley One, you certainly know your lizards.
What do you think about that "Spiritual Wind Art - Miyabi" to replace Bottomless?
I think "Spiritual Wind Art - Miyabi" is a GREAT card in a dragon deck, to get rid of face-down monsters, face-up monsters, face-down S/T and face-up S/T.
Bottomless Trap Hole will get rid of a monster with 1500ATK or more when it's summoned.
Am I calling that right or is there something that could be used instead of Spiritual Wind Art - Miyabi?

I think it's an excellent idea!
Bottomless Trap Hole just isn't chainable enough in a metagame where everyone goes mad for S/T removal, and the RFG pile isn't nearly as inaccessable as it once was (Different Dimension Master anyone?)
The Wind Spirit Technique puts the card in a totally inaccessable place, especially if your opponent already used up any searchers that would let them shuffle their deck. It's mean as hell because your opponent knows he'll never see that card again!! muhahahaha
(unless you take to long to beat him and they end up drawing it... just don't let that happen xD )
PS: Thanks for the compliment, makes me feel all good about myself ^^
