Looks good i dont think exiled here is very reliable as u arent using Reinforcements of the army.. i suggest
-1x Exiled army
+1x Asura priest
it will also help out with the light/dark ratio for bls..
-2x Enemy controller
+2x Book of moon
seriously now if this is Field control that means u need to keep field presence(i.e keeping monster on the field) and u dont want to be giving away ure own monsters for controller.. With all ure flips and Tsukuyomi i think books would add even more abuse

Hmmm... Since when are u allowed to run 4 copies of a card? I already run 2 Book of Moon. Also, I rarely use Enemy Controller's second ability (except to meta). It's a good set up for a brain control or snatch steal on the next turn. Its also good if ur opponent has 2 monsters, both bigger than yours, so u can sac and take their biggest monster and protect your LP for the remainder of the turn.
As for the Asura Priest, I have it sidedecked for a reason. Exiled is better in more situations than Asura Priest. Exiled is a perfectly good monster without RotA. Just like DDWL or DDA.

I've run cannon soldier in this deck, and it doesn't work that well. This isn't goat control. Which is another reason i'm only running 2 goats. Staples don't intrigue me that much. If I wanted every staple in my deck, i would have Duo in here too.
I do like the Merchant, and he has helped me a lot, and I might put it back in, but why is everyone worrying about my "light/dark ratio" 4/6 is plenty. It's just one card. This isn't a chaos deck.
Ring... No.
DT... Sided for a reason.
Enemy controller has great synergy with Brain Control, you just need to know how to use the card.
Traps are becoming more and more popular in the advanced format and I think that at least one Royal Decree is useful, especially as decks become themed and more and more traps are used. I'm more worried about Burn Spells as opposed to burn traps because there are more of them.

Maybe I should explain this deck a little. This is NOT a Chaos Deck. I't is a Field Control Deck. There are a few elements that allow me to control the field more effectivly that do not involve the field directly. The "Twist". Here is my "Twist".
Airknight Parshath and Morphing Jar: These cards both give hand advantage. Whether it's is to myself or my opponent is up to the luck of the draw. Airknight is a common sight in a lot of decks, mine is normally not one of them. He is currently getting playtested. Enraged Battle Ox may be replacing him.
Needle Worm: Why is hand advantage so important? This beauty hits 5 cards that will eventually be in my opponents hand. Why give my opponent that opportunity? I may have taken away 5 horrible topdecks, or i could have taken away a come-from-behind victory. Regardless, losing 5 off the deck may not seem detremental outside of deckout, but losing a quarter of your cards is a bad thing no matter how you look at it. Needle Worm beat out Don Z in this slot from my original field control becuase no matter how you look at it, 5 is better than 1.
This deck seems to be pretty inconsistent....lose both needle worms for 2 night assailants, and please lose exiled force for either blade knight or asura priest...2 controllers and 2 brain controls? wth? lose one of each for 2 smashing grounds since youre going for the "field control", yeah and take out the decree for ring of destruction..decree fits in a lot of decks...just not this one...im about to post my deck..when i do please fix it for me, thanks.

I have one card that discards, how is night assailant going to help me? Blade Knight is the most overrated card in the game. How do Brain Control and EC not control the field? Ring is also good in a lot of decks, but not this one. This is not a cookie cutter, plz ppl, stop trying to turn it into one. actually think about how the deck will work together before throwing out suggestions.
The last warrior from another planet while a good choice for fusilier metamorphosis is the only good effect monster of that type. St. joan or skull knight are good alternates to consider fusilier morph beatdown.
despite it's potential I feel that needle worm feels out of polace in this deck and should instead have blade knight or kycoo the ghost destroyyer fill the slots.

otherwise I like everything else. very solid
9/10
I actually don't have either of those cards, but I can get them easily. The Joan or Knight. I pulled both the Blade knights and the Kycoos out of this deck because they just werent what i was looking for.
The return to hand angle is pure beauty. It's very frustrating for your opponent to get their precious tribute monster on the field and then returning it to their hand. It's Hilarious. This also give my deck better acceleration and field control. The Worms were helpful, but will be better served once Soldier is banned.
your deck looks great. i can't think of anything that might need changing (that might because i am not great at fixing). but it does match with your strategy. i love the tactic with metamorphesis. i would probably rate it as 8.5-9/10.
