If you use Final Destiny with Forced Requisition does your opponent have to discard 5 cards as well?

Yes, your opponent will also have to discard 5 cards aswell.

get outta town...... but...isnt it kind of hard to get 5 cards in your hand in the first place... i mean

draw:6 cards

set forced requitision face down,

cards in hand:5

final Destiny needs 4 more... unless you some how get pot, but then still you need to discard in order to even activate requisition.......

so umm... its like a perfect IDEA.... like something out of MTG... but how to pull this off....
