How about fusion gates instead of polymerizations? With so many tributes, don't you think some of them might be dead draws? Why not take out a buster blader and add a warrior returning alive? But then you only have one warrior...So why not take out a dark magician and add in a dark factory of mass production? So just keep two dark magicians and two buster bladers? Might mean better draws...And how does graceful charity sound? Speed is good. Can you r/f deck in sig? 8.8/10
do you really need 3 royal decrees? isn't that overkill? why not just one?
If you decide to go with fusion gate instead of polymerization (I don't think I would) throw in Dimension Fusion or Return From the Different Dimension to get DM and BB onto the field again. otherwise you can use Soul Release and DD or RFTDD to get them one the field to fuse faster. You could consider The A. Forces if you are going tohave BB on the field at all.
I want the 3 decrees incase someone manages to kill one I have a back up, besides there's no such thing as a bad card in my hand with a paladin on the field. I decided not to use the Gates or the DFMP and EoDD. Just diden't flow. Any other suggestions?

I would try something a little more like this. EoDD is the fastest and most effective way to get Buster Blader. With it, you only need 1 Buster Blader, and no Skilled Whites. Sangan is great deck thinning and searching. D.D. Warrior Lady makes up for part of the complete lack of monster removal. Night Assailent helps with monster removal, combos great with the many discard effects, and allows you to reuse king of the swamp (I think its a flip effect). Tribe is yet another piece of monster removal, plus it combos well with the night assailents. Although cyber jar is deck thinning, it will most likely give your opponent the advantage. Not only that, but it is a dead draw if you have Paladin, Skilled Dark, Dark Magician, or Buster Blader on the field already. Morphing Jar #2 just doesn't fit in this deck. The addition of Morphing Jar #1 makes up for the loss of cyber jar. It also can still be used if the aformentioned cards are on the field. The trinity cards are needed in basically any deck, thus I added Graceful and Delinquent Duo. Snatch Steal makes it easier to tribute summon a DM or BB, although hopefully, you should never have to. Vortex and Smashing help again with the monster romoval aspect. 2 giant trunades should be enough. Fusion Sage is good deck thinning and it adds Poly to your hand. Ring and Call are obvious choices. The divine wraths are in there to make better use of the night assailents and to combat this decks main problem, effect monsters. I think you will find that it is not traps, but effect monsters that hurt you the most. Another card to consider, that did not make it into the deck, but very eaasilly could, is magician of faith. Also, have you every thought of useing strictly Buster Blader and fusion subs, because it speeds up the deck a lot. For now, I didn't do that, but if you would like to see what the deck would look like with just BB and subs, let me know. Hope that helps.
Delinquent Duo really doesn't have any substitutes, but for now you could play a nobleman of crossout.
Instead of the morphing jar #1 (normal rare from DB2), you could continue playing the Cyber Jar
As for the DDWL, Smashing Ground, Lightning Vortex, You really need some monster removal, so for now, you could try another Nobleman of Crossout, hammer shot or fissure, and either torrential tribute or the extremely underrated needle ceiling (PGD/reprint common).
Fusion Sage is a common magic card from DB2 (also a super in TP6), when you play it, you can add one polymerization from your deck to your hand. For now, just add a magician of faith, mainly to reuse either poly, pot, or graceful.
Another card to look out for is in the next set, Cybernetic Revolutions, it is called Miracle Fusion. It is like polymerization, it counts as a fusion summon, but instead of fusing monsters in your hand and on the field, it fuses monsters in the graveyard and on the field. The downside is that the fusion materials are then removed from play, but with cards like dimension fusion, this can quickly become an upside.
