1. Can you activate Amazoness Archers on a face-down Amazoness? The card doesn't actually specify it, and I didn't see anything about it in the yugioh-card site.
Amazoness Archers:
Quote
This card can only be activated when your opponent attacks and you control a monster on your side of the field that includes "Amazoness" in its card name, or is named "Amazon Archer". All monsters on your opponent’s side of the field become face-up Attack Position (Flip effects do not activated) and as long as they remain face up on the field decrease their ATK by 500 points. Your opponent must attack with all these monsters this turn.
2. Can you use My Body as a Shield to stop The Law of the Normal?
Law of the Normal:
Quote
You can only activate this card when there are 5 face-up Level 2 or lower Normal Monsters on your side of the field. Both players discard all cards in their hands, and destroy all cards on the field except Level 2 or lower Normal Monsters.
My Body as a Shield:
Quote
When your opponent activates a card that has the effect that destroys 1 or more monsters on the field, pay 1500 Life Points to negate the activation of the card and destroy it.
3. If I activate Scapegoat on my opponent's turn and they attack them while my Human-wave tactics is face-up, will I get to special summon monsters?
Human-wave tactic:
Quote
During the End Phase of each turn, select a number of Level 2 or lower Normal Monsters from your Deck equal to the number of your Level 2 or lower Normal Monsters destroyed as a result of battle during that turn, and Special Summon them to your side of the field. The Deck is then shuffled.
Scapegoat:
Quote
When this card is activated, you cannot summon any monster in the same turn (including Flip Summon and Special Summon). Place 4 "Sheep Tokens" (Beast-Type/EARTH/1 Star/ATK 0/DEF 0) in Defense Position on your side of the field. The tokens cannot be used as a Tribute for a Tribute Summon.
4. My last question is about Necrovalley. Does anyone know a site, link, whatever, that tell you every single card the Necrovalley negates?

1. A monster in face down position is only considered a set monster, it does not retain its name until it is face up. Therefore you may not use amazoness archers while you have a face down amazoness, it must be face up.
2. You may use My Body As a Shield to negate and destroy Law of the Normal as it does destroy 1 or more of your monsters.
3. You won't be able to special summon that same turn because Scapegoat doesn't allow you to summon anymore monsters the same turn it was activated.
4. There's no need to list EVERY card as long as you understand the basic concept of how it works. Necrovalley will negate anything that is attempting to affect the graveyard from the outside (Magician of Faith, Fiber Jar, Mask of Darkness). It doesn't negate cards that function from within the graveyard (Mystic Tomato, Sangan, Sacred Phoenix of Nepthys).

I understand most of the cards that Necrovalley will negate, but there are some cards, such as "Cemetery Bomb" and "Mudora" that don't affect the graveyard, but their effects use the graveyard. Would they be negated?

This two cards you have mentioned DON'T use the graveyard they mearly count a number of cards needed to complete their effect................. there's no involvment of any cards whatsoever when using this 2 cards..........
