This came up at a Tourny this week and I was wondering if I made the right call.
I did a search on this and could'nt fint anything.

Player A Summons Fusiller The Duel Mode Beast without tributing, therfore making his ATK 1400. Set 1 Card Face-Down and Plays Swords of Revealing Light and ends His Turn.

Player B Summons GAF and ends his turn.

At the end of Player B turn, Player A activates Book of Moon.

Player A flips summons Fusiller and states that his ATK is now 2800. Player argued no.

I called in favor of Player A because Fusiller The Duel Mode Beast effect was reset because he was fliped face down and then back face up.

Did I call this right??

100% correct. That's the beauty of Fusilier....as well as metamorphosising into King Dragun. Good call.
