Ok, let's say i attack my opponent' Jinzo attacks with my Gravekeeper's Chief while Necrovalley is on the field. I activate Charm of Shabti. Would my opponent's Jinzo be destroyed since both monsters have the same attack?

Yes, Jinzo would be destroyed, and you would keep Chief.

Yeah, in this case, it's basically as if you activated Waboku.

Just remember though, that Charm of Shabti only protects the GRAVEKEEPER monster's from damage. It doesn't protect YOU from the damage.

So if I were to attack your...let's say...Gravekeeper's Curse (1300/1300 with Valley) with my..let's say...Tyrant Dragon (2900/2500) and you use Charm of Shabti's effect.

Your Gravekeeper's Curse will live and not be destroyed, but you will STILL take 1600 points of damage to your Lifepoints (not to mention Tyrant Dragon can smack it again anyways for 1600 more damage since there'd still be a monster on your field)
