I pride myself on building this deck on my own and even though the dominant blueprint was hard to complete before, DB2 finally gave me that opportunity. So far in August, I've gone 26-2 with this deck and I'm gearing this up for bigger tournaments. I know that it'll change with the upcoming Banned List, so here it is right now...

Its good, but I like my dragon deck better, though i think you dont meed all that many LV4s of Horus. Be nice if you had some protection for your dragons.

No offence or anything but even wit the changes i have gave you ur deck will not come top 8 in a regionals. I have added fuslier dragons and 2 more metamorps so u can morph them into king dragun which is a fusion monster that protects all of your dragon monstersfrom cards taht target them. The deck i have changed it to is a similar deck to the dragons that people play in our metagame and its way better than yours. Again i am not making fun of you or your deck. Iking dragon horus and royal decree lock down is a much more dependable combo. 26-2 is very good for a dragon deck, but i hope ur not playing starter decks :p . Dont people in your area play regular kick ### suki lock? Oh well

an horus lock deck has won regionals before...LOL! and if he can get horus 8 out early, he can shut down a chaos deck.

hmm it has? Well w/e but i tihnk your a good player but dont you agree that people play alot of suki decks now a days. Back then it was like beatdown and warrior

hence, keep the spear dragons in. and like i said, if he gets lv. 8 out fast enough, he can shut down the standard chaos decks.

Level Up! isnt all that good as one would seem in a Horus deck
you summon and Morph Fusilier to King Dragun. King Dragun than special Summon LV6 who then kills an opponets monster and LV6 becomes LV8 at the end phase to hurt the opponet.
Thats how my Horus Morph deck works, though i need the Decrees to move it into the planed changes.

Ehh.. I never found Horus 4 to be useful at all. He ain't searchable, outside of goats and Sangan, he's never going to kill anything to Level up, and is pretty bad for a topdeck.. I myself run a fairly good Horus deck and Horus 4 wasn't helping.

Take out all the Horus 4's and replace with Mirage Dragons.. The field control he gives is godly in comparison.

Take out 1 Waboku and shlep in a Mirror Force. Waboku is alsmot always a battle phase activation so Mirror Force is gonna do more.

Your deck is pretty solid though.. I myself am a Dragon specialist and have always wanted to take on another well constructed dragon deck. So if you have the time I'd like to have a duel or two with ya.

I would suggest that you cut one spear Dragon for a DD Assailant. In Fact cut the Lv4 for another assailant and an Asura priest. Put that Mirror Force Back in. SIde My Body As a Shield for one Bottomless Trap Hole. Cut the other Meta for th esecon Bottomless. Sub Exiled for an Apprentice Magician and sub giant trunade for a Heavy Storm.

Those are my fixes... 7.8 before9.1/10 after....
